He restrained tho imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs. Therefore, insist upon what is proved beyoud all doubt by skilUd witnesses at the Supreme Court of Viitoria, and by many authorities during the\last 80 years "ten preparation of genuine merit, viz., The Genuine Sandeh & Sons' Pirns Volatile Et calyfti Eimor.
