An unanimous agreement lias been , Arrived at by the representatives of New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia for the settlement of the Murray waters difficulty. The limitation placed on New South Wales, pending the establishment of a system of water conservation works, lias been fixed at 220,000 cubic feet per minute, and Victoria 130,000 cubic feet. During the dry months of the year these amounts will be reduced. The volume in the river channel at the eastern boundary of South Australia must not be reduced below 70,000 cubic feet per minute, LIXCHINGS IX AMERICA. New York, April lti.
