A DISEASE-STRICKEN SHIP.

FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, April 16. The British ship Falca, of Liverpool, from Iquique to Sydney, called off Papeete (Tahiti) on March 24th, small pox and typhoid having broken out amongst the crew. Two of the men died and were buried at sea. Another man was in a critical state and the pilot returned to Papettc. Tho ship was not allowed to enter the port. The master asked for medical assistance and provisions, but tho wind being contrary, he had to sail from the island. The Palca was 60 days out on the voyage, when she called at Papeete
