AUSTRALIAN PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
Sydney, April 12. The Premiers' Conference, as representative of the whole of the States, has finished its labors. Now South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia confer to-day. The Murray waters and a number of subjects mentioned in the agenda have been referred to departmental committees tnd others discharged. The official report makes no mention of the question of reprcscutation at the New Zealand Exhibition, which was listed for consideration.
