FRANCE'S ALLIES TESTED.
THE ALGECIRAS CONFERENCE BRITAIN'S AND RUSSIA'S FRIENDSHIP EULOGISED. Received 1 ,1.2 a.m. Pams, April 13. In the French Chamber, 51. Bourgeois, in a great conciliatory speech on the results of the Algceitas Conference, describing the agreement as honorable to all and ensuring a good general understanding, eulogised the unwavering firmness of Britain and Russia in upholding throughout the legitimacy of the French cause. France had an opportunity of putting to the test the strength of her alliance of friendship, to which valued sympathies were now added. He concluded his speech amidst loud cheering.
