All mails usually closed .on Friday will close on Thursday night at 7. Sunday hours to be observed in private box lobby. Late letters for north may be posted at Bailway Station as usual. EASTEB MONDAY. Post Office opened in all branches (except M.O. and Savings Bank) from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Telegraph Uffice 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 1 p.m. till midnight. Telephone Exchange opens as usual. Usual despatch of mails up to 8 a.m. . Usual hours in private box lobby.
