APPEAL COURT.
PES PSKSB ASSOCIATION. Wellington, April 10. Tlie case of the Bunk of New Zenland v. the Scandinavian Water Bact Company was CDncluded this afternoon in the Court of Appeal. At tho close ol Vlr Solomon's argument, Mr Cuttou iddrcssed the Court, aflor which Mi Hosking replied ou behulf of appel lauts. Judgment was reserved. Tho case of Phmmer v. Plimmcr, which is an appoal from the decision of the Supreme Court, will come on for hearing to-morrow. In that Court an action was brought against the exceptors of the will of the late John Pliminer, of Wellington, asking the Court, under the provisions of "Tho Testators, Eamily Muiuleuaucc Act, 1900," to provide out of the estute suflicicnl funds to keep the widow of tlie'teslator.
