Ihe tightness of money appears to have somewhat hampered busiuess, but with the market now easier, there is a big move in properties. The oil boom, 100, for a time caused both buyers and sellers to hold off. With our numerous opportunities for exchanging properties, ire have been enabled to suit the finances of all clients, Owing to sheep taking the place of cattle in many instances, there has been considerable enquiry, especially from South Island investors, for grazing couutry, which is now much sought for.
