Mr Massey and a number of other Opposition members wore present, the hall being crowded. Mr Massey declared that although they were beaten at last election, the ■Opposition still had the, thinking •people on their side, and the majority of young Jfew Zealauders. He went on to explain the principal planks in the Opposition platform. The Opposition organisation wanted tighter* and woikcrsj they were lighting for right, ' and he belieyed in the end they would prevail. Other spotcb.es were also made. *>■"•
