DALGETY'S BUTTER REPORT. Messrs Dalgety anil Co., Ltd., have received the following etible advice'froni their London office, dated 30th ult. _ Butter: The total imposts into the United Kingdom for the week ending 2-lth iiiit. amounted to 100,1)00 cwts., as compared with 105,000 for tfio corresponding period of last year. There is more demand for unsalted tlian salted. The market is very dull, especially for Australian. The Copenhagen [official quotation, is -1 kroners lower.

WOOL, SKINS AND HIDES SALE

The following motion was carried unanimously: That the capital of the Company be increased from £IO,OOO to £12,000 by the issue of two hundred shares at £lO each, to be called preferential shares, and to confer 011 the holders thereof the right to a preferential dividend at the rate of six pounds per centum per annum 011 the amount for the time being paid up on such shares. It was decided that .the period between calls be six months, as at present. Forty new shares were applied for in the room.
