FOOTBALLERS WELCOMED.
FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, March 30. The citizens of Wellington attended in very large numbers at the Town Hall to-night to welcome Messrs Wallace, Roberts and McGregor, members of the football team which toured Britain, ana Mr Dixon the manager. The Mayor presided. Each of the players was presented with a framed photographic shield of the team, and gold crosses.
