PEE MESS ASSOCIATION. Dujjedin, March 24. At the Supremo Court to-day Joseph Michael Davidson, aged 18, who had pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, was admitted to probation for eleven months. John Edgar, aged 43, who had pleaded guilty to embezzling the money of his employers, was sentenced to twelve months' itu prisonment.
Naheii, March 25. .In the Supreme Court yesterday, a verdict of not guilty was returned in the case of J. Manniug Wigg, charged with an attempt to procure abortion. *. An action, Hondcrsen Carrick against Horaee lan Simson, a claim for damages for assault and insulting language, resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for £2O, with costs.
