GISBORNE-ROTORUA RAILWAY.
PEtt I'IIKSS ASSOCIATION'. GisnoiUK, March 20. The agitation which is at presont made in Auckland and Bay of Plenty, in regard to a more speedy prosecution of the Gisborue-Hotorua railway, is beiug enthusiastically taken up throughout the East Coast. It is suggested that deputations from the three leagues, together with representatives from the chief local bodies interested, should meet iu Auckland next mouth, and decide on a united course of action, and also go into the question of routes.
