"An armed mob captured a prison at Warsaw and released political prisoners, after killing one warder and mortally wounding two others. Lieutenant Schmidt has been sentenced to be shot instead of hauged. THE ELECTION FARCE. , Received 19, 10.17 p.m. St. Peteusbuho, March 19. ' The election of delegates to the primary electoral college of the Donma has begun. It is marked by enormous abstentious on the part , of minor land owners. Owing to the minor laud owners abstaining, the mill hands at St, Petersburg are afraid to vote.
