Madden, K.C. H.G., etc. His honor, in giving judgment, said that whenever an article is commended t 1 (he public by reason of its good quality, etc., it is not permissive to imitate any of ite features. Restraining the imitators perpetually from doing so, he ordered them to pay all osts.
