At the Magistrate's Court, Mr Heddell, S.M., sentcuced James McNeil to 12 mouths' imprisonment on n charge of revollinf{ indecent exposure iu the principal street before women and young girls. He had been sentenced -.previously on similar charges. The Magistrate said that it was the worst case in his "experience. He doubted if he were doing his duty in dealing summarily with him. Flogging was the only thing for such a beast. 1
