QUEENSLAND FLOODS.
TOWNS SUBMERGED. TAE WATERS STILL RISING. Received H, 1.81 a.m. IluißßiKK, March 13. Groat floods Lave occurred at Barcaldiue and Blaekall. At tho latter town there i» four feet of water in the main street, aud residents were rescued by boats. Twenty-six inches of rain has fallen during the last few weeks. The flood is still rising.
