- ♦ ARREST OF FATHER GAFON. GOVERNMENT AFRAID OF EXPOSURE. Received 11, 1.17 a.m. Loxao.v, March 13. " The Times" St. Petersburg correspondent says Father Gapon has been arrested at St. Petersburg. The arrest is ascribed to the fact of his seeking to make a clean breast of his relations with the Government. JEWISH MASSACRE ADVOCATED. OUTCRY AGAINST THE PAMPHLET. Received It 1.17 a.m. London, March 13. There is a great outcry al the publication of a pamphlet exciting the people to murder the Jews. The pamphlet, which is endorsed by the censor, and published by the " Novoe Vremya, accuses Count AVittc of a Jewish conspiracy. The Union of Russian People, which claims authorship, is enrolling patriots and distributing revolvers.
