ENCOUNTERED BY SIIIPI'INC. Received 13, 1.7 a.m. Newcastle, March 12. Two vessels from the west coast, of America have arrived. They encountered a terrific hurrican iu the vicinity of Tahiti. One vessel was in a toruado for eighteen hours, anil both vessels were thrown on their beam ends, mountainous seas rolling over thciu.
