FLOODS IN N.S. WALES.
Received s3, 1.7 a.m. Sydney, March 12. Heavy rains have fallen in the Kiverina and other parts of the State. The country round White Cliffs is one unbroken sheet of water for forty miles. The people refuged on house tops uutil the flood abated.
