ADDLVGTON STOCK IfKL'OHT. At the Addington live slock market there wore fairly largo entries of slock, especially of store and I'al. sliei p, and a good attendance. IJeef made abjul tile previous week's rales, and there was a sharp rise in fat lambs in eon-sei|tiem-e of outside competition. Store sheep sold well, ewes and lambs being in best, demand. Pat sheep wove milch easier, particularly ewes. Fal pigs, owing to a snull entry, sold at improved rates. There was praelieally no demand for store cattle, and dairy cows were also dull of sale. Store Sheep: There was a fair demand for ewes, while lambs were l'athcr linnet' than last week, and welhers were not so brisk of sale. Fill lambs: The entry of fat lamb s totalled -".107, the quality showing an improvement upon late yanlings. There was a decided advance in prices. There were 2130 taken for freezing at lis 6,1 to 15s (id, and tegs to 10s ad; 253 wctv bought by butchers at 12.s 3d to 16s 7.1 ; 173 by a grazier at Us 2d to 12s Bd. Fat sheep : The market opened at lower rates for all classes, ami wet tiers sold throughout at about Is below late prices.
