She' denied neglect or ill-treatment, and ! could only account for the bruises by her own child striking the other. Mr*Kanlon fur the defence, raised' the point that the husband was ens-/ todian of the child and not the woman. There was uo evideuce 0 f wilful neglect or ill-treatment.
