TO 188 KDITOH. Sin, —Leaving here to-day, I would like to say tliut >'e»- Plymouth has a big future before it as a seaside resort. With its lovely gardens, fine beaeb, sea baths, and the breakwater, together with its genial climate, it is bound lo attract in the future Jargc numbers of people from less favored pai'ts. The baths, the best I've seen in the colony.
