N.S.W RAILWAY ENQUIRY.
Received 7,10.2(5 p.m. Svd.nkv, March 7. At tlie Railway Inquiry, the evidence of Commissioners Kirkaldie and Fclion disclosed that unliarraomous relations oxiited before Mr Eddy's deatb, and Lad continued practically ever since, tlie implications being tliat Oliver considered he liad separate and superior authority to the two junior commissioners. On one occassion, Oliver charged Kirkaldie, who was not then a commissioner, with trying to mislead Ihe commissioners. Kirkaldie warmly repudated it. MYEddy suggested that Mr Kirkaldie apologise to Mr Oliver, but Mt Kirkaldie claimed an apology Was more due him, and if not forthcoming ho would leave the room. Mr Eddy said if he left the room, he would leavo tho service.
