DAIRY CONFERENCE.
The first conference of Tarauaki produce graders, private dairy owners, factory managers ami directors, and the officers of the Dairy Division of the Agricultural Department opens at the Moturoa Freezing Works this morning at 9.30, with a practical demonstration of grading. The business will be continued during the whole day, and in the evening Mr Kinsella will lecture in the Town Hall to fanners, 011 farming matters, dealing principally with Hie necessity for culling dairy herds.
