The Premier, through the Governor, has been in communication wilh the Secretary of State and the High Commissioner for the Western Pacific, and has received assurance that the rights of Ills Majesty the King in Failing Island and Washington Island are not iu danger, and that misconception has arisen owing to the wording of 111 1 ' advertisement, notifying that these islands were for sale.
