Lionel Terry, who created a sensation 111 Wellington a few mouths hack by shooting an inoffensive Chinaman, ami who after conviction was sentenced to death, and then had the sentence commuted, lias shown signs of insanity. The result is that the Magistrate, with Drs. Upham and Newell, examined the prisoner, and the former issued a warrunt for his removal to the Sunnysidc Hospital for Mental Diseases.
