PEK TIIESS ASSOCIATION GisuoiiXE, February 27. Two daughters of Henry Citrrie were drowned in the Waiinata river this afternoon. A number of children were bathing when Dulcie Currie, aged eleven, got into ditlicultie>. Her sister, aged 15, weut to the rescue with the result that both lost their lives. A youth who came to the scene could not swim, and other help arrived too late. The body of the younger girl has been recovered.
