The construction of a long-distance range is Hearing completion, and it is believed that the meeting, under favourable weather conditions, will be concluded inside a week. A moving target is also being erected, competitions thereat being compulsory on all competitors. En, tries are coming iu freely, and it is ex. pected that the attendance will be 101).. which constitutes a record for the g»:Wufi. The Defence Minister has presented two Lee-Enfield rifles for competition at the meeting.
