FORGERY AND THEFT.
| I'WI I'IIKSS ASSOCIATION S'ntATi'oiii), February 21. William Henderson, with several aliases, was charged with, forging a receipt lor tI.S in the name of J. A. Lyttle, of Masterton, iu February, l'JOo, aud also with breaking and enlering aud theft at Stratford this month. He pleaded guilty on all charges before Mr Turnbull, S.M., and was remanded to Auckland for sentence.
