The' Full Court allow ed the appeal against au order of the Chief Judge in Equity, under which the evidence of AVillis was to have been taken on commission in South Africa, in connection with the alleged land dummying case. The hearing of the case was postponed for two mouths, to give Willis an opportunity of being present if lie deaired. Plaintiff's case alleges that Willis, while acting as his agent, secured seventeen thousand acres for his own benefit, by means of a dummy, and subsequently transferred the land Jo Mrs Willis by a fictitious mortgage
