William Tucker, charged wiih an unnatural offence, was found guilty, and sentene* deferred. Neil McPlierson charged «ith stealing a marc, was found not guilty, and discharged. Accused and the prosecutor had been rabbiting together, and the mare was first bought by accused, the .prosecutor aftewards Acquiring an interest, ft was alleged for the defence that the accused had paid some of the prosecutor's debts, and he concluded that the mare was left to liim to dispose of as recompense.
