France has reached the limit of her concessions, and Germany's demands &i'e constantly increasing. The solution rests with moral influence. Beaux, February 16. Getter?- Zurlinden is convinced that it would be madness for Germany to attack Frmee, who is a hundredfold better prepared than is 1870.
