At an enthusiastic meeting of Farmers' Union delegates to-day, strong objections were made to the increases in the valuation of Kiwilca couuly. Resolutions were passed objecting, particularly to the unimproved values, and the matter will be represented to the Valuer-General. Concerted action is to be taken by ratepayers, and counsel is lo be employed on their behalf in the Assessment Court.
