A RADICAL CLERGYMAN.

London, February 11. Before the Arch.es Court of Canterbury the deferred decision in the case, the Bishop of St. Albans versus the Rev B. C. Fillingliam, wan given. Defendeut is the A'iear of Hexton, Hertfordshire, and was charged, first, with, purporting to ordain a Minister, lie not being a Bishop; second, with preaching and administering the Lord's Supper in an iiucousecratcd building; third, disobedience to the .lawful commands o the Bishop. The Court ordered that unless Mr Fillingliam expresses regret for his acts within a fortnight he be sentenced to deprivation of his office. Sir Lewis Dilxlin, the Dean of the Aretes, remarked that the case was unprecedented in the Anglican Church.
