TEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Dunedin, February 11. The wheat market is practically at n standstill, only few choice lots having changed hands. Fowl wheat is in good demand. Prime milling. 3s 5d to 3s (id; medium, 3s Id to 3s sd; whole fowl's wheat 3s 21d to 3s 3d: broken, 3s lid to 3s Id; aacks extra. Oats: Very limited business is done for export. Several consignments arriving have found their way into store. Prime milling: 2s to 2s Old; good to best feed, Is lold to Is lUd; damaged, Is 9d to Is lOd; sacks etra.
NAPIER WOOL SALE. I'EE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Na pi eii, February 15. The third wool sale of the season took place this afternoon, when a total of 3033 bales were offered. There was a full attendance of buyers, and in sympathy with the improved Bradford quotations, there was an advance of a halfpenny on last sale rales for most soits. The following prices were obtained:--Medium crossbred, in fair condition lOd to IOSd, coarse crossbred, bright Did to lOd, inferior coarse crossbred Btd to Sid, medium crossbred pieces 7d to 7id, inferior pieces 6d to 7d, locks Id to sd; superior bright lambs lOd to 10.|d, average lambs ltd to 9id, inferior lambs 7d to Bid, according to condition.

The latter sold readily at prices on a par with last week. Extra prime bullocks made £lO 15s, good £8 to .C'!l 15s, medium £6 lo £B. Fat- sheep.—lslo yarded. Owing to there being no sale next week, there was strong competition, and prices went up from 2s lid to 3s above those of last week. Best wethers IDs to 22s 3d, medium 17s to 18s, best ewes 18» to 21s 6d, medium 13s Sid lo 15s. Lambs,—6Bo yarded. Prices ruled about Is (id to 2s above those of last week, Best 13s lid to 15s, medium 10s lo lis, Pigs.—B7 penned, a small yarding, Baconors and porkers sold well, and suckers and slips quitted at a satisfactory rate. Horses.—At the Durham yards on Friday we had n good muster of horses, and for those suitable for dray and plough work the demand was fair, but iother sir'.s were somewhat neglected. Beef, of which there was an extra large yarding, sold at Newmarket, rates, Cattle.-At the Newmarket vards on Tuesday dairy , in d store stock were yarded in usual numbers, and the late advanced rates for the former were maintained. Dairy cows sold at from £4 10s lo £9 ss. empty do. £1 15s to £3 2s, calves 15 s to £( i ls . Beef was yarded in average quantities, and advanced on last week's rates, oxen selling to 23s per loolbs, cow 17s to 20s. Steers sold at from £6 IDs to £9 15s, cows £3 10s to £7 2s fid.
