Rcutcr's Warsaw correspondent states that the revolutionaries have resolved to desist from political strikes, and lo turn their energy to political murder and robbery. POLITICALS EXILED. Received 15,12.40 a.m. St. Petersbubo, Feb. 14. Eight hundred Russian politicals have been exiled to Siberia. ANARCHISTS ARRESTED. COSSACK JUSTICE. Received 14,10.25 p.m. Si. Petebsbpbg, February 14. Eighteen Anarchists suspected of plotting against Ministers have been arrested at St. Petersburg. Mahomondans at Terskargi refused to supply Cossacks with forage. The Commander ordered his men to shoot forty of them. TROOPS FOR THE CAUCASUS. St. Petersburg, February 13. Three batteries of mountain artillery at Kicff have been ordered to the C'aucisus. Sixty-live members of the Council of Workmen's Delegates have b'en released' at St. Petersburg, and deported Lo Archangel, Tobolsk, and Yeneseisk.
