BOROUGH VALUATIONS.
I'Kll CHESS ASSOCIATION. FiilMiixu, February 13. There was an indignation meeting of ratepayers last evening to protest against the increased valuations, which average llHl per cent, over the Borough. A resolution was passed asking the Valucr-Ccncral lor a new valuation, and in event of Hie recpiest being declined, a committee was set up with p : nver to employ counsel to assist the ratepayers in the Assessment Court.
