LOCK-OUT OF TAILORESSES.
VUli I'KKSS ASSOCIATION'. Dixmox, February 13. A meeting of luilorcsscs, alleged to be lucked out of three of the largest factories, was held to-day, 50 beiug present. Proposals were placed before the meeting offering employment in the North Island lo all hands not at work, in all braunhes. Some twelve girls handed in their names, and several others will decide to-morrow. Fortylive members are receiving lock-nut pay.
