A waterspout burst on the Hock and Pillar range about (i.HU this evening, washing away the formation of the Olngo Central Hallway for a distance of three chains. A goods (ram, which left Diiuedin in the afternoon, was tillable to proceed beyond Middlcniarch. It is expected the line will be repaired in time to permit of trains running as usual to-morrow.
