CZERNY.
TO-NIGHT. At the Theatre lloyai this evening theatregoers will have an opportunity of witnessing For the first time here the celebrated 'magical entertainer, Czerny, who is said to be an exception i in mystical art. Amongst his ninny marvels, Czerny will produce what is styled his original, picturesque and poetic conception, "The llirth of Spring-time," "Mimosa, or a Story of Japan," with nil Hie dainty de'lails which distinguish Czerny's lllusinnitry presentations from those of other performers. The meutograph, invented in a crude form by Czerny many years ago, is now said to be brought by him to perfection. In addition to Czerny's new performance, there will be presented during the entertainment the tableauscope, with new dims specially imported for the purpose. There iviil also be the latest illustrated songs by Miss Minnie Topping. Speaking of the first performance in Wellington, the ■' New Zealand Times " said :—" Charming! That is Czerny's entertainment in a word. Mr William Anderson has given New Zealand many attractions, but Czerny will be remembered when the others arc blotted out in the forgclfulness Hint comes with time." Seats may be booked for to-night and to-morrow evening at the Dresden Music Warehouse.
