» THE KAIMATA CREAMEKY. (By Our Travelling Reporter.) This creamery, which is said to be one of the largest, if uot the largest, in the colony, is situated at Kaimata, about live miles from Inglewood, and belongs to the Moa Dairy Company. The creamery, of which Mr G. Murine is manager, is supplied with nnlk from over fifty farms, aggregating daily at the present time about 32,0<)01bs of milk. Mr G. Taylor is at present the largest supplier, with 12<X)lbs, although there are several others approaching uearly that amount. In the flush of the scasou four separators are kept going, but as the supply is falling away, only three are kept in motion.
