The Canadian Manufacturers' Association, representing two thousand members and a capital of eighty million pounds, have memorialized the Canadian Tarilt Commission to recommend a tariff encouraging Canadian enterprise, and so make everything the country can make at home, and to I)uy surplus requirements as far as possible from British sources.
