Received 8, 11.IS p.m. Loxnox. February 8. The Privy Council lias granted special leave of appeal lo Ward Brothers of Waiwclu (Lower Hull), versus the Attorney-General of New Zealand.
[The above refers lo a valuation dispute. Ward Bros, held a farm of some size on a long lease, and have been rated on the same basis us neighboring suburban allotments. Ward Bros, have sought to have the valuation made on a different basis.]
