Mr .Johnston also runs a laboratory in connection with the faclory, in which lie experiments on the milk, liuding out the proportion of water that is in the milk, etc. The milk-curls (from a hand carl lo an express) run in a regular line from about 6,30 until il.;to. Three separators are in constant use, and these leed two churns, which turn out about 2li boxes of butter per da v.
