The American Government propose a radical revisiou of the regulations regarding the entry into residence of Chinese, The alterations provide against the delay m the admission of Chinese, and abolish the Berlillon system of in. dentilieation. Chinese labourers will also be notified on their departure of the conditions of re-admission.
