TJn new King made a manly, patlietii speech from the balcony of the Palace and was tumultuously cheered. London, January 31. The bells at Saint George's Chapel YVmdxor, tolled eighty-seven times Queen Alexandra will not be presen with King Edward at the opening o Parliament.
Army officers observe a period of mourning from the Ist to the 7th of February.
