GOVERNMENT PROPOSALS REJECTED. Received 31, 10.10 p.m. Bbui.ix, January 31. The Taxation Committee in the Reichstag rejected the Government's proposals to increase the duty on line cut tobacco, leaving other sorts unchanged.
