RAILWAY COAL CONTRACTS.
THE COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. lteeeived 21, 12.55 a.m. Sydney, January 23. The Royal Commission appointed lo enquire into the railway eoal contracts, lias drawn up a majority report, finding that the contract entered into was not wise, but that there was nothing to show that it was improperly made. A minority report holds three Commissioners blameworthy fur entering into such a contract.
