BOWLING TOURNAMENT.
l'KIl i'KKSS ASSOCIATION". Dixi:mx, January 2D. There wis a very large attendance at a meeting of bowlers held on Saturday night, in anticipation of the tournament, opening on Monday. Kink entries closed with 78 rinks, a record for Australasia. These will be divided into four sections of Hi rinks, and one section of 1,1, Kaeh rink will play six ■games, winners against winners and losers against losers, the rinks with the most wins in each suction finally competing for the championship. Heavy rain fell all Saturday afternoon and evening, but the weather promises to be line for Monday, and although the greens will be a bit heavy, the win will improve them.
